Terms of service
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving the product to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, not worn or used, have tags, and be in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, you can contact us at al202.tech@gmail.com. Please note that the return will need to be sent to the following address.
If your return is accepted, we will send you a return label as well as instructions on how and where to send your parcel. Items sent back to us without your prior return request will not be accepted.

Damages and problems
Please review your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item so that we can assess the problem and rectify it.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishables (like food, flowers or plants), non-standard products (like special orders or personalised items) and personal care items (like beauty products). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about a specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Replace
The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the product you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new product.
European Union 14-day cooling-off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the goods are shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As stated above, your goods must be in the same condition as you received them, unworn or unused, with tags and in their original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and verified your return and let you know whether or not the refund has been approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded by your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that processing and posting your refund may also take some time at your bank or credit card company.
